This lovely cottage is located in Jackson's Point (Sutton) just 200' from a sandy bottom beach (deeded access) with a large dock on Lake Simcoe in Ontario, Canada.

Available year round, Located in Jackson's Point just off Lake Simcoe, "The Ice Fishing Capital of the World". 

If you are not familiar with the area, Georgina is a great place to plan your cottage vacation, offering "the best of both worlds and has several indoor and outdoor activities available year round. 

We are approximately a 45-minute drive north of Toronto, 45 minutes S/E of Barrie, and 30 minutes north of Canada's Wonderland, thus boasting to be "the first cottage country in Ontario".

Our nearness to the city gives visitors a choice of the best of both worlds.  You can kick back and relax in our comfortable Cottage and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living, you can drive around the corner to grocery, gift or clothing shop; or if you prefer, in as little as 30 minutes you can be in the north end of Canada’s largest city with all that it has to offer.

The cottage is immaculate and fully equipped with open concept design and walkout to pool/deck.

Our Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeps 7 comfortably.

BBQ, Dishwasher, Side-by-Side Fridge w/Water & Ice Dispenser (water is purified thru a Reverse Osmosis System, Microwave, Convection Oven/Stove, Washer, Dryer, Gas Fireplace, Linens/Towels, Surround Sound Stereo System, Sony Trinitron Television, DVD Player, VCR, Pool - Water is filtered through a Softener & Carbon Filter to provide you with softened chlorine free water.
